A Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Institute of Taxation ; Member Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply UK, Six Sigma Green Belt holder on lean manufacturing from USA Six Sigma Institute, President SMP13 Lagos Business School.
Steve currently is the CEO of Niyya Farm Group (Farm, Food & Beverages). Before then he was CEO Erovie Nigeria Limited, Director of Logistics (East & Central) at Coca–Cola Hellenic- Nigerian Bottling Company Limited
His top priorities is to provide leadership to business teams; constantly improve systems and procedures, create cross functional synergies and implement Company’s strategy on talent development. He brings solutions to the table having successfully managed €590 million operations (350+trucks, 23 Skus, 4 manufacturing sites), procurement, logistics/distribution, end to end supply chain, strategic planning and people management.
Kola is a result-oriented qualified accountant with broad finance experience spanning over 20 years. He has worked in various organisations including: A.G Leventis & Co Plc; PKF Worldwide Chartered Accountants; Dangote Industries Limited; Dangote Cement Plc, Africapital Management Limited and Kam Industries Limited before joining Niyya Farm Group Limited as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
His core competencies are Project Management, Financial Reporting, Business Strategy and Planning, Audit and Risk Management. He is responsible for supervising all the financial functions of the company.

Samson Ladan has over 15 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management.
He is a Chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Resource Management. Prior to Niyya, Samson gathered extensive experience at British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria Limited where he rose through the ranks to the position of HR Business Partner before his departure.
Samson is currently the Head, Human Resources and Administration at Niyya Farm Group Limited.

Gbola Adeniji is a Food Technologist by profession with in depth experience of
manufacturing spanning over 20 years. With core competencies in Production operations, Quality management and Product development, in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
Gbola is a People manager and strategist, with excellent proficiency in Process and cost management, Business performance tracking , Process optimization, Manufacturing operations management, DMAIC, TPM, Performance management and capacity building.
National Sales Manager
Taiwo is an experienced Sales Manager with over 12 years of experience in customer service, business development, key account management, product management and sales management.
Prior to Niyya, he worked at Guinness Nigeria Plc and Glomobile Telecommunications Limited as a team member and leader on several network, customer care and sales issues as well as monitoring the line of resolution. His role in sales and after-sales support has displayed an unchanging commitment to excellent service delivery, target achievement as well as meeting overall business objective.
Taiwo has extensive knowledge of retail operations, key account management as well as distributor management.
